17:00-17:30 Arrival. Participants will be handed their badges based on their roles(front-end, back-end, designer, marketer, intern and idea author/team lead). All participants can choose their main area role and a secondary one they feel comfortable in.
17:30- 18:00 Introduction
18:00- 22:00 Pitching! Every pitcher has exactly 90 seconds to present their idea to the public. Keywords regarding the pitch will be written down for later presentation. After everyone has pitched, the ideas will be put up on the walls where everyone can reengage with the ideas and find themselves the team to work with i.e. at the end of the evening everyone will have teams.

10:00- 13:00 Team leads will be summoned to give a summary of how the idea has evolved, what are they doing and what is to come. If no help is needed then, the team leads will rejoin the teams to work on their ideas.
14:00- 18:00 Team leads will be summoned to give a summary of how the idea and prototype have evolved, what are they doing and what is to come. If no help is needed then, the team leads will rejoin the teams to work on their ideas.
18:00-19:00- All the teams will be summoned and will be asked to quickly pitch the summary of their ideas.
20:00- Teams will continue work on their prototypes.

10:00-11:00 Team leads will be summoned to give a summary of how the idea and prototype have evolved, what are they doing and what is to come. If no help is needed then, the team leads will rejoin the teams to work on their ideas.
11:00-13:00 Pitching practice
14:00- 17:00 Pitching practice vol2, the last pitching before the grand event in the evening.
17:00- Grand event. Pitching, final, awards and closing.
